Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to departments and team members
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and manage appointments
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documents
- Assist with data entry, inventory of office supplies, and other clerical duties
- Support internal teams with special projects and general office coordination
- Greet visitors and help ensure a professional office environment
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant or office support role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
