Adecco Staffing is hiring a Senior Operational Buyer for a manufacturing site in Devens, Massachusetts. This is a full-time permanent position.
Title: Senior Operational Buyer
Location: Devens, MA
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000
Shift: Monday–Friday (standard business hours)
Role Summary
Responsible for day-to-day purchasing execution to ensure continuity of supply, on-time delivery, and production support in a manufacturing environment. Works within strategic procurement guidelines to manage supplier performance and resolve supply disruptions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Execute purchase orders based on MRP and demand plans

Ensure on-time, in-full supplier delivery

Expedite shortages and manage supply risks

Manage supplier communications and performance issues

Support cross-functional teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain)

Maintain accurate ERP data (pricing, lead times, orders)

Support NPI, dual sourcing, and supplier transitions
Requirements
-
8+ years procurement or supply chain experience in manufacturing

Strong MRP and ERP experience

Supplier management and delivery performance tracking

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities
