Job Title: Automotive Mechanic
Job Description
As an automotive Mechanic, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of vehicle makes. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory equipment, complete repair orders efficiently and accurately, and follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines. Effective communication with service advisors and team members, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and participating in ongoing training and certification programs are key aspects of this role. We are accepting applicants for all skill levels but ideally a tenured dealership technician is what would work best. This will be a direct hire position.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on a variety of vehicle makes.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using factory equipment.
- Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately.
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
Essential Skills
- Troubleshooting and engine diagnosis.
- Automotive repair and mechanics.
- Experience in a dealership environment, ideally with 2+ years.
- Mechanical calibration, transmission, and brake repair.
- Automotive maintenance and diagnostic testing.
- Engine repair proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-Level / Express Technician: Basic automotive knowledge, ability to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, willingness to learn and grow.
- Mid-Level Technicians: Experience with brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs; ability to diagnose and repair common mechanical issues.
- Master / Diagnostic Technicians: Advanced diagnostic skills, ASE certifications preferred, strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Woburn, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $91520.00/yr.
