Schedule: Various shifts available, but we have several 40 Hour Full time positions and part time positions available.

Our Store Hours are Monday Through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Saturdays 9 am to 4:30 pm

Sundays 10 am to 3:00 pm

Qualifications

Fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese a Bonus

Customer Service / Retail Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Presentable appearance

Self motivated & requires little supervision

Basic Computer skills such as MS Office, Windows, Adobe Suite

Notaries done on a daily basis (UPS incurs all costs) if you are not a Notary as of present.

Ability to lift 50 lbs comfortably

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc

Propose innovative ideas to increase market share

Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
