Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment—specific schedules discussed during interview

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required
• Valid RN licensure in New Hampshire or a Compact State License
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Three years of prior nursing experience preferred
• Strong experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry essential
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a Stepdown unit
• Assess patients on admission using various tools to gather medical history, vital signs, lab results, and other diagnostics
• Develop and implement written care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Ensure all care is documented accurately and promptly
• Contribute as a vital team member in direct and indirect patient care, always prioritizing patient safety and outcomes
