Responsibilities

Build and nurture lasting relationships with new and existing clients throughout the Plymouth community.

Assess individual coverage needs and tailor comprehensive insurance solutions to provide real peace of mind.

Educate policyholders on their coverage options to ensure they feel confident in their protection.

Process policy renewals, updates, and claims inquiries with accuracy and care.

Collaborate with our internal team to identify gaps in coverage and provide holistic financial security.

Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure top-tier service delivery.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license in the state of Massachusetts.

Strong command of written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Experience managing a book of business or consistent lead generation.

Ability to commute daily to our Plymouth office.

Life and Health insurance licensure is a plus.
