About the Roles

We are seeking an both experienced and non-experienced team members to join our growing team in the logistics and moving industry serving the Cape and Islands. Ideal candidates are hands-on and who work well in a team. Depending on experience and capabilities we are looking for team leaders, movers and warehouse/inventory support. Positions available in Hyannis and Nantucket.

Responsibilities

Work on residential and commercial moves on Nantucket and off-island (if foreman or mover - must live on island or commute on the ferry)
Load, transport, and unload furniture and household goods safely
Unbox, inspect and record furniture in inventory system
Communicate professionally with customers throughout each move
Ensure jobs are completed on time and to company standards
Train and mentor crew members
Complete job paperwork and perform vehicle/equipment inspections
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

2+ years of moving, logistics, or related experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance and perform physically demanding work
Reliable, organized, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends during peak season
