About the Role We are seeking a Lumber Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves loading, unloading, and organizing lumber, operating forklifts, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Load/unload lumber from racks, trucks, and storage areas</li>
<li>Safely stack, organize, and inspect materials</li>
<li>Operate forklifts and other equipment</li>
<li>Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies</li>
<li>Follow all safety protocols and company procedures</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Warehouse or lumber industry experience preferred</li>
<li>Forklift operation experience (or willingness to learn)</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions</li>
<li>Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player</li>
