The Customer Service Associate provides a best-in-class experience for our customers by offering assistance, providing fast accurate cashiering duties and answering questions while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Duties & Responsibilities

    • Provide the highest level of customer service to each customer
    • Greet customers and assist them with product selection and product information
    • Replenish, arrange, fold/straighten merchandise on the floor
    • Operate the cash register while following cash handling procedures
    • Assist with floor moves and inventory counts
    • Keep the store, register area, and stock areas clean and organized
      *Other duties and responsibilities as directed

Qualifications

    • Previous customer service experience preferred
    • Previous cash handling experience preferred
    • Ability to speak clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers and managers
    • Self-motivated outgoing person
    • Strong multitasking skills
    • Stays calm under pressure and can handle busy rush periods in store
    • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
    • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction





Looking for up to 40 hours a week during the season. Game day availability is required with this position.
