Responsibilities
Connect with local families and business owners to assess their specific insurance needs.
Develop custom protection strategies that cover auto, home, life, and commercial risks.
Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication during their time of need.
Review existing policies annually to ensure coverage remains appropriate as our clients' lives evolve.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation follows regulatory requirements.
Participate in local community initiatives to foster long-term relationships within Concord.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of New Hampshire.
Active Life and Health Insurance License.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency or brokerage.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity software.
Clear and professional communication abilities.
Capacity to manage individual workflows and meet state compliance standards.
