Job Description

Human Resources Generalist (Payroll, Benefits, People Ops) needed for full-time position in Manchester, NH offering 65-75K + benefits package, advancement opportunity and more! This is a great opportunity for those with 3-7yrs experience in HR, Office Management, Operations or similar roles seeking an opportunity to step into leadership with a professional organization and be the right-hand to an Executive Leader.

Primary Responsibilities

Payroll - Processing bi-weekly for hourly and salary using Paylocity and tracking PTO
Benefits Administration - Health & Welfare, 401K, LOA, FMLA, Cobra, etc.
Recruiting & Onboarding - Post openings, screen applicants, schedule and take part in interviews, offer letters, compliance.
Event Planning- Take the lead on planning and coordinating events from team building, employee appreciation, holidays, training & development, industry mixers, and company clubs.
Facilities Coordination - Manage parking passes, building access, and vendor relations
Manage Reception & Interns- Provide training and mentoring
Executive Support - Assist with various projects and operations support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in HR functions such as payroll, benefits and recruiting - 3+yrs
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
