ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGER

Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) is seeking a strategic and analytical Enterprise Risk Manager to lead and coordinate the health center’s enterprise risk management (ERM) activities. This individual will play a key role in developing a risk-aware culture, identifying organizational risks, and implementing mitigation strategies across all departments. Preferred candidates will have working knowledge of the COSO (the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) ERM Framework and a strong understanding of regulatory and operational risks in healthcare.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive ERM program aligned with LCHC’s mission and the COSO framework.

b. Identify, assess, and monitor risks across clinical, operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational domains.

c. Collaborate with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure alignment between compliance efforts and risk management strategies.

d. Prepare regular risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership, the Risk Management Committee, and Board-level oversight.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance and risk management.

3. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HRSA, The Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA, and Medicare/Medicaid requirements.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and influence staff at all levels. 6. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Risk Management Professional or equivalent certification preferred
