Responsibilities
Identify and engage with local businesses and families to understand their unique protection needs.
Analyze current policies to find coverage gaps and provide straightforward, honest recommendations.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from the initial conversation to the final policy implementation.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when preparing quotes and documentation.
Foster long-term relationships through regular check-ins and responsive support.
Participate in local industry events to stay connected to the evolving landscape in Quincy.
Requirements
Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience managing a book of commercial or personal lines business.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital document workflows.
A clear, empathetic communication style that helps clients feel understood.
Experience building and maintaining professional networks within the local community.
Understanding of coverage nuances and risk mitigation strategies.
