Financial Advisor — Retirement Planning | Foxborough, MA
WealthMax serves retiree and pre-retiree households in the greater Boston area. The firm's founder generates qualified prospects through live educational events and an active TV presence — not purchased leads, not cold lists. A six-person team supports operations and implementation. Your week stays focused on sitting across from clients, building comprehensive financial plans, and guiding implementation across retirement income, investments, tax-efficient strategies, insurance, and legacy planning.
This is an advisor seat for someone who wants to go deep with clients, not wide with a dialer.
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base salary + uncapped commissions and bonuses

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a client-facing financial advisory role (Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, or equivalent)
- Background in retirement planning, investment planning, and relationship management
- Active licenses/registrations required for advisory business
- Track record of leading planning conversations through recommendation and implementation
Stands Out
- Experience serving retiree and pre-retiree households
- Insurance planning or implementation experience
- CFP designation (or in progress)
