What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare and cook a delicious, high-quality breakfast experience for our hotel guests
- Prepare staff lunch, using your creativity to turn everyday ingredients into something special
- Manage inventory and ensure we always have fresh ingredients on hand
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen that follows all State Standards and Regulations
- Assist in prep for PM dinner service.

- Experience cooking breakfast (you’re a morning person, after all!)
- A positive attitude and a passion for quality food
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with our awesome kitchen team
- A commitment to fresh, healthy, and flavorful cooking
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special on-site events
