Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels in guest rooms and public areas.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols for efficiency and safety.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
