\nJob Summary
\nThe Administrative Assistant II will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, contractors, and guests. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, issuing badges, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and facility requirements. The position will involve coordinating visitor logistics, providing administrative support to the leadership team, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\nGreet visitors and ensure compliance with safety, security, and facility requirements.
\nIssue visitor badges and coordinate visitor logistics, including meeting rooms, escorts, PPE requirements, and site access.
\nCommunicate visitor arrival information to hosts and leadership.
\nProvide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
\nMaintain calendars, conference room schedules, and meeting logistics.
\nAssist with preparing reports, presentations, training materials, and other documentation as needed.
\nManage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office communications.
\nAssist with purchase orders, invoices, supply ordering, and tracking as assigned.
\nCoordinate office supplies and support shared service areas, including conference rooms, reception areas, and break rooms as applicable.
\nSupport compliance with site policies, safety expectations, and confidentiality requirements.
\nCommunicate effectively with leadership, employees, vendors, and visitors to ensure smooth daily operations.
\nModel professional behavior and reinforce site expectations with visitors and vendors.
\nPerform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned to support operational effectiveness.
\nRequired Qualifications:
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative certification preferred.
\n3+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment.
\nStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\nAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.
\nProfessional demeanor and customer service mindset.
\nExperience supporting leadership or management teams.
\nWorking Conditions:
\nThis position will be on-site in a manufacturing facility at the Company’s Franklin location in Franklin, NH. Scheduled work hours will be communicated by the manager.
\nPhysical Requirements:
\nAbility to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks such as typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
\nAbility to physically move around the office, organize, or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
\nAbility to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
\nAbility to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
\nAbility to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
\nAbility to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
