Adecco Staffing is working with a leading environmental services company in Norwood, MA. We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Pay Rate Range: $75,000 Salary + Uncapped Commission
Schedule(s)/Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday standard business hours. Some travel required.
Position Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities Include:

· Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
· Identify new business opportunities through market research and client outreach
· Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present service offerings
· Promote environmental services by understanding and addressing client needs
· Draft and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and internal guidelines
· Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client accounts, and revenue
· Provide post-sales support and maintain regular communication with clients
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers

Qualifications include:

· Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, or similar role
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
· Experience or knowledge in environmental services (asbestos, demolition, remediation) is a plus
· Strong understanding of market trends and customer relationship building
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
