Responsibilities:

Reservations & Customer Service: Manage rental car reservations, respond to calls and emails, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Fleet Management: Inspect the service rental car fleet, track usage, and monitor mileage to maintain quality.

Rental Agreement Management: Create and monitor rental agreements and verify insurance details.

Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies as needed.
