Early Education Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
As a Center Director, you are the heart of your school community—guiding educators, partnering with families, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead with both strategy and empathy, balancing business needs with a deep commitment to quality early childhood education.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of early childhood educators
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging center culture
- Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and company standards
- Partner with families to build trust and strong relationships
- Oversee enrollment, staffing, and center operations
- Champion curriculum implementation and continuous quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in early childhood education (Director or Assistant Director level preferred)
- EEC Director 2 Certification or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset and passion for developing others
