Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Description
The Sales Administrator supports the sales department with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely completion of sales transactions. Responsibilities
- Process titles and registrations for customer and vendor purchases with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including documentation handling and data entry.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal processes.
- Communicate with vendors and customers via phone and email to obtain information, resolve issues, and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to ensure all required paperwork is compiled and complete for every transaction.
- Manage a high volume workflow while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and meeting internal and customer expectations.
- Maintain organized records and files to support efficient sales operations and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support sales operations and overall business needs.
Essential Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer use, including strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage high volume workflow while maintaining quality and timeliness.
- Demonstrated ability to perform duties with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience with data entry, customer service, administrative support, order entry, and sales support functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, for handling data and documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales operations, sales administration, or similar administrative role is beneficial.
- Experience working with titles, registrations, or other transactional documentation is an advantage.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and sales support workflows is helpful.
- Comfort working across multiple departments and coordinating information between teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes in a high-paced environment.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milford, MA, working five days per week. The Sales Administrator will have a dedicated workspace and a company-provided laptop to perform daily tasks. The environment is dynamic and fast paced, with frequent interaction across departments and regular communication with customers and vendors. The organization emphasizes reliable operations, strong support for its sales and service functions, and a culture focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

This is a Contract position based out of Milford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
