Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our organization within a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges. In this role, the HR Business Partner will work closely with the broader HR team to drive the successful implementation of HR best practices, including performance management, employee relations, compensation, career growth, and leadership development.
Direct Hire
$95-100k/yr plus bonus
Onsite - Nashua, NH
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of progressive experience
- Strong with employee relations
- Manufacturing or experience with skilled labor
- HRIS experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to strengthen organizational capability by leveraging strategic HR processes such as talent management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to design and deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives in areas including recruitment, compensation, talent development, performance, and learning initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and support to senior leaders and managers on HR policies and best practices, enhancing their effectiveness as people leaders.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including conducting thorough, objective, and confidential investigations.
- Deliver day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, disciplinary guidance, and career development planning for people managers.
- Assess and identify learning and development needs across business groups and recommend appropriate training or individual coaching solutions.
- Support HR operational excellence through the administration of transactions across multiple HRIS platforms, with a particular focus on performance management systems, reporting, and analytics.
