Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000+ annually (This is includes a base pay plus commission)
Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Service Advisor with strong sales ability and excellent people skills in Palmer, Massachusetts. This individual will serve as the link between customers and technicians, providing an exceptional experience while driving productivity and profitability.
Responsibilities

Engage customers with professionalism and care.

Present and follow up on repair estimates.

Coordinate repair orders and dispatch work to technicians.

Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.

Demonstrate computer proficiency and strong phone communication.

Maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Compensation & Benefits
