Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of our Brattleboro office to ensure a smooth and productive workflow for all staff.

Recruit, train, and support a group of dedicated sales agents as they build their own books of business.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with our long-term goals for community reach.

Maintain deep relationships with our existing clients while identifying new opportunities for growth throughout the region.

Ensure all policy documentation and administrative tasks meet our high standards for accuracy and compliance.

Foster a collaborative office culture that encourages agents to share their successes and learn from one another.


Requirements

Valid Life and Health insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Strong command of agency management systems and digital reporting tools.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide sales professionals.

Knowledge of regional insurance regulations in Vermont.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with recruiting or team building is highly beneficial.
