Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, experienced professionals with a background in sales or agency-style recruiting to join our growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running a full desk: business development, client management, and candidate placement
  • Prospecting and engaging with high-level candidates in sales, finance, operations, marketing, and executive roles
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and company owners across North America
  • Driving conversations, uncovering opportunities, and closing high-impact placements
  • Working closely with a support team that helps you win more, faster

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, agency recruiting, or a similar high-performance environment
  • Comfortable making calls, developing new relationships, and managing a search from start to finish
  • Highly motivated, driven, and money-motivated (uncapped commission structure)
  • Strong communicator with a great personality and a passion for helping people
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven culture
