Job Description

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers, both experienced and recent CDL school graduates, to run our Northeast Regional lane. This position covers freight movement throughout the New England states down to Virginia, with weekly home time and consistent, strong earning potential.

Compensation & Benefits

$1,600 - $1,800 per week
Trainees with under 6 months of experience are paid $850 per week during a 4-6 week OTR training period
Mileage pay ranging from $0.80 per mile (0-1 year of experience) up to $0.85 per mile, increasing by $0.01 for each additional year of experience
$15 stop pay
$80 unload pay
Monthly safety bonus
Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Details

Running lane is the Northeast Regional, covering the New England states down to Virginia
100% touch dry van freight, including full hand unload and unload assist
Drivers with under 6 months of experience will run with a trainer for 4-6 weeks
Weekly home time
Orientation held at the hub location closest to the driver's residence
Drivers must be willing to operate during both day and night hours as needed
Average weekly mileage is approximately 1,800 miles

Minimum Requirements

Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment for any reason
No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
