Accounting & HR Administrator / Receptionist
We are currently seeking an Accounting & HR Administrator/Receptionist; this position will primarily support the administrative functions of the Accounting and Human Resources departments in maintaining routine functions.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative: Answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file paperwork, and scan documents.
- Accounting: Maintains accounts receivable and payable financial records, vendor invoicing, and monthly statements.
- Human Resources: Enters new hires into HRIS system, maintains employee personnel files and other related project support.
- Payroll: Weekly back-up support to payroll specialist.
- Customer service: Internal and external administrative customer service support.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with skills in Excel, and the ability to learn functionality with software systems.
- Positive attitude
- Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills
- Organizational skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
- One year of administrative support experience
