We’re hiring a full-time Senior Manager, Financial Operations & Reporting for our Finance & Accounting Division.
As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in compiling, reporting, and analyzing financial data that contributes to our mission. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate secondary market disclosures for all bond issues, evaluate arbitrage rebate exposure, and coordinate rebate computations and tax payments.
- Coordinate, prepare and/or review schedules to support financial analysis requests and projects, as well as the completion of survey instruments for the bond rating agency and the National Council of State Housing Agencies.
- Manage the bond issuance process, including analysis, and preparing offering documents.
- Compile, review and provide analyses of the annual operating fund administrative budget in accordance with the schedule established for Board approval. Prepare monthly status reports to analyze and document significant fluctuations from budgeted amounts as well as prepare quarterly reviews of budget stats for the Finance and Administration Committee of the Board of Directors.
- Foster a high-performing team culture through regular coaching conversations, active performance management, and targeted development opportunities while engaging and motivating team members to achieve individual and organizational goals through clear expectations and ongoing guidance.
Intermittent remote work will be available after successful completion of required training period.
Your experience, skills, and education should include:
- Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
- Advanced Financial Analysis skills.
- Extensive experience with computerized financial and accounting systems.
- Advanced user of Excel and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Advanced ability to balance financial issues with mission and contribute to organizational planning; management; and program development, implementation and evaluation.
- Ten years relevant experience, Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.

Starting Pay: $75,500 - $94,000 dependent on relevant experience
