## Responsibilities

Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards.
Label and document shipments accurately to ensure proper tracking.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely dispatch.
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding shipping issues or delays.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
