Location: Middleton, MA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract Duration: Through December 31, 2026

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Logistics Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse team in Middleton, MA. This role is responsible for supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies using SAP.
Create and apply barcode labels to incoming materials.
Scan and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and shipping requirements.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and assist with physical inventory.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials.
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow OSHA, environmental, and company safety policies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, shipping & receiving, or material handling experience.
Experience with SAP or another Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
Forklift or aisle stacker experience required.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
DOT/IATA/IMDG hazardous materials certification is a plus.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts when needed.
