We are seeking&nbsp;a Personal Lines CSR&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our organization.&nbsp;
Responsibilities:

<li>Correspond with insurance company representatives and our customers</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients</li>
<li>Assist clients in selecting best coverage for auto and home insurance</li>
<li>Process applications, policy changes, renewals and claims</li>
<li>Maintain accurate client records in our system</li>
<li>Build relationships with clients through regular follow-up and check-ins</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in insurance&nbsp;or customer service&nbsp;</li>
<li>Active insurance license (Property &amp; Casualty) - or willingness to obtain</li>
<li>Comfortable using basic office software and agency systems</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal&nbsp;communication skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Friendly, dependable and a team player</li>
