We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service to clients. You will engage directly with clients, manage renewals, and support both personal and small commercial lines of business in a collaborative and professional environment.

  • Base salary of $40,000-$60,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication
  • Manage policy renewals, marketing, and related client communications
  • Train and support team members to ensure service standards are met
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in client files and policy documents
  • Stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment


Requirements

  • Prior insurance industry experience
  • Active insurance license
  • Ability to rate and service personal lines and small commercial lines accounts
  • Strong multitasking skills with proven ability to manage priorities
