Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive space where people in recovery can grow, engage, and thrive. As our Outreach and Engagement Coordinator (OEC), you’ll be at the heart of that mission—building bridges, telling stories, and ensuring that everyone knows they belong in recovery.
Your Role: Connector, Storyteller, and Community Builder
As the Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, you’ll lead efforts to expand our presence in the community, grow our membership, and ensure meaningful participation in local events. You’ll amplify voices in recovery, educate others about peer support, and champion inclusion—both online and in person.

- Manage all PRSC social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat) to share engaging, informative, and inspiring content.
- Create multilingual flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in collaboration with our team and members.
- Design outreach campaigns that reflect the heart of recovery and invite others to join.
Empower Our Members
- Coordinate members and volunteer participation at events, providing training and support along the way.
- Teach others how to effectively share recovery stories and explain the peer participatory process.
- Create inclusive, educational experiences that reflect the diversity of the recovery journey.
Support Program Excellence
- Attend required trainings and community meetings as a representative of Ripple Effect.
- Assist with virtual meeting logistics and technical coordination when needed.
- Help shape a culture of respect, advocacy, and collaboration across the PRSC community.
