We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the frontline liaison between Sharpcontra and our clients, ensuring timely, clear, and solution-oriented communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity.

  • Provide detailed product or service information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

  • Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist clients.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
