Responsibilities
Guide individuals and families through selecting coverage options that provide genuine peace of mind.
Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure clients are protected against modern risks.
Manage your own calendar to facilitate consistent outreach and follow-up with prospective policyholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions within our internal database.
Participate in local community initiatives to strengthen our brand presence in Worcester.
Collaborate with our office team to streamline the onboarding experience for new clients.
Requirements
Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty producer license.
Demonstrated history of success in sales roles or client advisory positions.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for client consultations.
Familiarity with the Worcester area and local market dynamics.
Background in building a referral-based client pipeline.
