Wright Insurance Agency is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role, you'll assist clients with policy servicing, answer questions, process insurance transactions, and provide exceptional customer service. Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Full-time and part-time positions available.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
Process endorsements, renewals, and insurance documentation
Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
Work closely with insurance carriers to resolve client requests
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products
Help deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
Requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Computer proficiency and willingness to learn agency management systems
Insurance experience or a Property Casualty license is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!
