Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a positive first impression

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and dining area

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and service flow

- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

- Uphold health and safety standards in all interactions and work areas

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Knowledge of reservation systems and POS systems is a plus
