Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of our Springfield office, ensuring our clients receive exceptional care.

Coach and support our sales staff as they grow their skills and reach their professional goals.

Monitor sales performance metrics to ensure the agency remains healthy and meeting our internal objectives.

Engage with the Springfield community to build lasting relationships that foster trust and growth.

Review complex insurance needs and curate comprehensive coverage options for our clients.

Implement efficient workflows that make the insurance buying experience smooth and transparent.


Requirements

Current Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance producer license in Massachusetts.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or agency management.

Deep understanding of the local insurance market and regulatory landscape.

Comfort leading and mentoring a small team of sales professionals.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage a diverse book of business.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Background in developing referral networks and building local community partnerships.
