This is a full-time, non-union, department head position that reports directly to the General Manager. This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and managing all administrative and technical aspects of Eastman’s Maintenance Department, which includes two divisions: Roads & Facilities, and Golf Course & Outdoor Amenities.
The department currently has 12 full-time and 14 part-time and seasonal employees, an operational budget approaching $2.5 million and a capital budget of $1.9 million. A full job description may be found here. https://tinyurl.com/EastmanCMO25
Successful candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of leading a comprehensive Maintenance Department with a special focus on capital planning and project oversight. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly desired; however, a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to succeed in this position will be considered. Eastman Community Association offers a competitive benefit package. Salary range to $105,000; starting salary commensurate with qualifications.
