CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 
The City of Keene is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative in our Revenue Collection Office! If you enjoy working with numbers, and you pride yourself on your customer service skills, then this is the job for you! In this position you will enter, calculate, and process financial data and payments for City tax, water, and sewer bills, as well as process motor vehicle registrations. You'll also research account entries, resolve issues, verify, and post funds received and disbursed, and assist City staff and outside agencies with the status of accounts, both in person and over the phone. 
This position is part-time and will work 28 hours per week. The pay range for this position is $22.57- $28.13 per hour.
