Job DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Generalist to support core people operations for a service-focused organization in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role will help create a positive employee experience by managing day-to-day HR administration, supporting benefit-related activities, and guiding staff through key employment processes. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle employee matters with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily human resources activities, including maintaining employee records, preparing documentation, and ensuring accurate administration of HR processes.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters by responding to questions, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting fair resolution practices.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including pre-employment communication, orientation scheduling, and completion of required paperwork.
• Administer benefit-related processes such as enrollments, employee updates, and responses to routine questions regarding available programs.
• Maintain and update HRIS data to support accurate reporting, personnel tracking, and compliance with internal standards.
• Assist managers and employees with HR policies, employment procedures, and general guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Support compliance efforts by organizing records, monitoring required documentation, and helping ensure adherence to employment regulations.
• Partner with internal teams to improve HR workflows and contribute to special projects that strengthen overall people operations.• Experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR support role.
• Working knowledge of employee relations practices and day-to-day HR administration.
• Hands-on experience coordinating onboarding activities for new employees.
• Familiarity with benefit administration and employee support related to benefit programs.
• Proficiency using HRIS platforms and maintaining accurate personnel data.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
