\n\nQualifications / Job Requirements\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (MA)\n
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical OB experience (Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Nursery) — maternal-newborn / perinatal nursing experience preferred\n
- Experience in antenatal and postpartum environments preferred\n
- Ability to float between antenatal, postpartum, and newborn units as needed (OB Float Pool)\n
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)\n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education skills\n

- Provide compassionate postpartum care to mothers and newborns as a postpartum RN and travel nurse\n
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for postpartum and newborn patients\n
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team\n
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, newborn care, and discharge planning\n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal maternal and newborn outcomes\n
- Float to antenatal or postpartum units based on facility needs within the OB Float Pool\n
