Essential Responsibilities:

  • Embodies our core values at all times
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by selling and detailing all corporate and non-profit events across the LaBelle Winery properties
  • Implement a strategic plan that expands the company’s current customer base through research of events in NH and sales calls to gain new customers and also by creating relationships through attendance at Chamber of Commerce events and other business mixers/events where new relationships may be gained and leveraged
  • Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships with excellent, prompt communication, to include ensuring potential guests receive responses via email or phone within 24 hours of a sales inquiry or question and including following up immediately after an event for feedback
  • Sell and manage a calendar of events across multiple properties
  • Detail events thoroughly to setup LaBelle team for success and to provide clients with a clear picture of how their event will run
  • Complete sales calls as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team on new strategies, find solutions to roadblocks, explore cost-reducing options, and discuss new ways to generate revenue growth in event sales
  • May work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages
  • Receive and respond to charitable department program requests and process charitable contribution requests in concert with the tasting rooms; coordinate all charity program donations
  • Follow up with charitable program requests to move events to LaBelle Winery consistently or for next season when appropriate
  • Scour NH non profit community for opportunities to host non-profit events at LaBelle Winery
  • Convert guests who attend corporate or non-profit events to LaBelle ongoing customers by finding creating offers and opportunities to gain their future business.
  • Create programming to entice corporate customers to book
  • Solicit, manage and serve as main contact for corporate sponsorships for LaBelle Lights
  • Coordinate with the LaBelle Lights operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth activation and aligned visual/social media sponsor elements
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in sales experience
  • BS/MS degree in business or related field
  • Committed to continuous educations throughout workshops and webinars
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to sit/stand for extended periods
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to work in a food/wine environment

Schedule: Full-time

Salary: $28.00-30.00/hourly based on experience
