Job Summary:

Odd Fellows Home of Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Keeping professional to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a House Keeping staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to established cleaning schedules and protocols

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust furniture, windowsills, and fixtures

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with facility procedures

• Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed

• Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately

• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in an orderly and safe manner

• Support a positive, respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Participate in staff meetings and required in-service trainings

• Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by management

About the Role:

As a House Keeping staff member, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of care and comfort for our residents. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience preferred

• Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to follow instructions and protocols

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
