Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Greenfield, MA, for a Personal Lines Insurance Account Representative. The role involves managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with policy-related questions, and ensuring their insurance needs are met. Additional responsibilities include processing policy changes, coordinating renewals, handling claims, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling personal lines products.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management for maintaining and growing client relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client inquiries and resolve concerns
• Basic knowledge of Sales for offering tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs
• Willingness to engage in Training to stay updated with industry changes and company procedures
• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Insurance licensure or willingness to obtain a license within a specified timeframe
• Prior experience in insurance, customer service.
