Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure an organized and efficient work environment.
- Provide administrative support to company leadership.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable using QuickBooks.
- Prepare customer invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank accounts and assist with bookkeeping activities.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and employee expense reports.
- Maintain confidential employee records and provide human resources administrative support.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and insurance-related activities.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, business communications, and general office projects.
- Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, office purchasing, and inventory needs.
- Research issues, identify solutions, and proactively resolve operational challenges.
- Support special projects and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications
\n

- Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Business Manager, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and general bookkeeping practices.
- Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team.
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
