CV Auto Care is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find the right vehicle, and earning strong commissions in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers through the buying process
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values professionally
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately
- Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or automotive sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working commission-based roles
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and rotating schedules
- Must pass background check and driving record verification
Preferred Certifications & Experience
- Automotive sales training or dealership experience a plus
- Finance & Insurance (F&I) knowledge preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills a plus
