A high-energy, guest-focused neighborhood oyster bar located in the Boston, MA Seaport / Fort Point area is seeking a service-driven Front of House Manager to join a team of passionate hospitality professionals.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant known for its exceptional seafood program, daily fresh fish sourced directly from local markets, rotating draft beer selection, and curated wine offerings.

We are looking for a manager who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering consistently outstanding guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead FOH service during high-volume shifts with a strong floor presence
  • Drive exceptional guest experience through connection, attention, and consistency
  • Train, develop, and mentor FOH team members
  • Support daily service execution and operational standards
  • Maintain a calm, professional, and solution-oriented presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously elevate service quality
