Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour (USD)
Shift / Schedule: Tuesday Saturday, 11:30 PM 8:00 AM, 32 hours/week

Job Summary
Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. Services include individual case management and group treatment services focused on assisting the client with accessing step-down levels of care. The Recovery Specialist position is a great opportunity for someone who seeks to be a positive presence in the lives of those who are struggling with addiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
- Observe and supervise clients and unit; conduct 30-minute client well-being checks.
- Conduct telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
- Search client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
- Complete all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Skills
- Experience working with substance use population
- Valid MA Driver's License in good standing
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Monitoring and supervision of clients in an inpatient setting
- 30-minute regular client well-being checks
Important Notes
- Must be separated from any BILH affiliated facilities for 6 months prior to being considered.
