We are seeking a Temporary Office Services Associate to support daily operations in a professional corporate environment. This role plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently, with responsibilities across multiple service areas.
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Mail Services: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare and process outgoing mail.

Print Services: Assist with printing, copying, and document preparation using office equipment.

Conference Room Resets: Ensure meeting rooms are reset and ready for use; maintain cleanliness and proper setup.

Reception Coverage: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide front desk support as needed.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in office services, facilities, or administrative support preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and demeanor

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
